This foam roller routine performs the following 13 foam roller deep-tissue massage exercises:

1. Rest Position

2. Upper Back

3. Neck

4. Lats

5. Pecs

6. Glutes/Hip Rotators

7. Hamstrings

8. Calves

9. Hip Flexors

10. Quads

11. Adductors

12. Shins

13. Feet

When you complete the foam roller massage routine, it's time to move to Step 3, the Stretching Routine.
